We then used flurescence activated cell sorting (FACS) to purify cancer cells (CD45−GFP+), total immune cells (CD45+), neutrophils (CD45+Ly-6G+CD11b+) and macrophages (CD45+F4/80+CD11b+) from CT26-GFP-Luc PM from control and Vox-treated mice to evaluate the expression of tumor-immunity-related genes in the different cell populations. The gene discussed is PTPRC; the disease is neoplasm.
