As previous studies have shown that ITGA3 activates FAK and Src signalling, which are involved in cell adhesion, migration, invasion, and proliferation in skin carcinoma [33], bladder cancer [34] and cervical carcinoma [35], we investigated the potential regulation of FAK/Src signalling by ITGA3 in PTC cells.
