Higher MAF was observed for all the six NAT2 SNPs among TB patients who experienced AT-DILI (n = 42) relative to all the TB patients of the Southern Indian Site, whereas higher MAF was observed for rs1041983, rs1799930 and rs1799931 among the AT-DILI group (n = 14) compared to the all-TB patient’s group of the Western Indian Site as shown in Table 1.
