In the study of the effects of cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 2 (CPEB2) on HCC, multi-omics analysis demonstrated that CPEB2 inhibits epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and metastasis of HCC through the regulation of the HIF-1α/miR-210-3p/CPEB2 axis. The gene discussed is CPEB2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
