In addition, elevated levels of other NUPs downregulated by bromoxib in TPP (i.e., NUP188, NUP210, NUP85, NUP62, and NUP214) were identified in metastatic prostate cancer, suggesting that NPC dysregulation may drive aggressive cancer phenotypes [19,32,33,34].
