Label free proteomic results showed an increase in the level of ITCH, an E3-ligase, co-immunoprecipitated in OMSi treatment (Figure 5C, Supplementary Table S3) when compared to DMSO or TMG treatment (Supplementary Figure S4C), suggesting that ITCH may ubiquitinate GATAD2B in breast cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene GATAD2B and breast carcinoma.
