USP10 and neoplasm: N1DARP, encoded by LINC00261, acts as a tumor suppressor by disrupting the interaction between N1ICD and the deubiquitinase USP10 (Ubiquitin-Specific Protease 10), leading to polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of N1ICD confirmed by the Western blotting analysis in CAPAN1 transfected with a vector or varying concentrations of FLAG-tagged (Fluorescent Antigen) N1DARP plasmid, where overexpressed N1DARP inhibited Notch activation.
