In the present review, we have discussed oxytocin, BDNF, orexin, kisspeptin, tachykinins, nesfatin-1, as well as the hypothalamic hormones and neurotransmitters CRH and TRH, and all of them seem to be dysregulated in individuals with PWS (Table 1). Here, BDNF is linked to Prader-Willi syndrome.
