IL1R1 and neoplasm: Tumor‐related angiogenesis is inhibited if either IL‐1β or VEGF are neutralized, as IL‐1β and VEGF can work as an auto‐induction circuit and interact with bone marrow–derived VEGFR1+/IL‐1R1+ immature myeloid cells (MDSCs) and tissue‐resident endothelial cells [61].
