KEGG, GO and IPA pathway analysis after treatment of melanoma cell lines (both parent and BRAF/MEK inhibitor‐resistant cell lines) indicated that C‐terminal Hsp90 inhibition with KU757 not only targets pathways associated with cell survival but also other distinct targets, including neutrophil extracellular trap formation, ROS, oxidative phosphorylation and others. This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and melanoma.
