We found that CD11b+Gr-1+ cells isolated from PBS- or NPempty-treated tumor-bearing mice strongly suppressed both CD4+ and CD8+ T cell proliferation (74.86-80.78% for CD4+ T cells, 76.64 -81.1% for CD8+ T cells) (Figure 5, Supplementary Figure 9). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
