Previous work indicates that high ZNF768 mRNA expression is present in several human cancers including adrenocortical carcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, kidney chromophobe carcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, low-grade glioma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinomas, and thymoma [4]. This evidence concerns the gene ZNF768 and central nervous system cancer.
