In order to elucidate the role of ATP6AP1 in luminal breast cancer, we selected luminal breast cancer cell lines for subsequent studies, including ER-positive, PR-positive luminal A cells MCF-7, T47D, ZR-75-1, and ER-positive, HER2-positive luminal B cells BT-474. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
