In each case, the degree of colocalization was assessed by analysis of the Pearson’s correlation coefficient and the correlation of either NS3, NS5 and dsRNA with FASN was significantly changed between 12 and 24 h.p.i for all three viruses (Fig 4D, 5C, 6C), confirming that the colocalization of FASN and viral proteins NS3, NS5, and dsRNA was altered during the viral infection for all three viruses at different time points.
