GO-BP enrichment analysis of these gene modules revealed their involvement in biological processes of cell cycle, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, and oocyte meiosis, while KEGG results suggested their involvement in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, focal adhesion, human papillomavirus infection, proteoglycans in cancer, MAPK signaling pathway, and regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Figure 3G). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and human papilloma virus infection.
