GO-BP enrichment analysis of these gene modules revealed their involvement in biological processes of cell cycle, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, and oocyte meiosis, while KEGG results suggested their involvement in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, focal adhesion, human papillomavirus infection, proteoglycans in cancer, MAPK signaling pathway, and regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Figure 3G). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cancer.
