CXCL10 and CXCL11 were involved in multiple signaling pathways, such as allograft rejection, antigen processing and presentation, autoimmune thyroid disease, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), chemokine signaling, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and Toll-like receptor signaling, suggesting that CXCL10 and CXCL11 are involved in the pancreatic cancer TME and play an important role in immune infiltration. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL11 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
