Intermediate favorable risk PCa (Table 1) is defined by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) as having all the following: no high-risk or very high-risk group features; one of the intermediate risk factors [cT2b– cT2c, Grade Group (GG) 1 or 2, PSA 10–20 ng/mL], and <50% biopsy cores positive.
