Notably, the inhibitor of PRMT1 (iPRMT1) was able to inhibit breast cancer cell growth, and the iPRMT1 was even more effective when combined with inhibitors targeting SRSF1 phosphorylation (SPHINX31 and SRPIN340), suggesting the potential value of combination therapy (Li W.
