SRSF10 and hepatocellular carcinoma: It was found that SRSF10 may be involved in immune evasion of tumors through the glycolytic pathway, and that targeting SRSF10 with the selective inhibitor 1c8 is able to enhance the efficacy of the monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death 1 (PD-1), suggesting that SRSF10 may play an important role in macrophage polarization and immunotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma (Cai et al., 2024).
