CD274 and neoplasm: The drug is associated with an increase in relevant immune cell populations, such as dendritic cells and cytotoxic/helper T cells, in preclinical models, which contributes to the recruitment of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.[54,61] Its combination with anti-PD-L1 therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients underscores the rationale for such therapeutic partnerships, showcasing a promising outlook for the development and application of immuno-oncology drugs focused on bone metastasis.[60]
