Therefore, in the 5th WHO classification, these lymphoma cases have been excluded from the DLBCL/HGBL-MYC/BCL2 grouping and are now reclassified as a subtype of DLBCL, NOS, or HGBL, NOS according their cytomorphology and followed by genetic aberrations (Figure 1).
