Our study’s findings highlight a complex expression profile of HKDC1 across various cancer types, with significantly elevated levels observed in the malignant tissues of cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), ovarian cancer (OV), rectal adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) compared to their respective healthy tissues. The gene discussed is HKDC1; the disease is glioblastoma.
