Univariate analysis suggested that female patients, CEA ≥ 10 ng/mL, CA-199 ≥ 40 U/mL, CA-125 ≥ 40 U/mL, NLR ≥ 2.65, PLR ≥ 167.8, mGPS of 1 or 2, SII ≥ 797.7, CALLY-index ≤1.81, total bilirubin ≥21 umol/L, TNM staging of III, open surgery, maximum tumor diameter ≥ 5 cm, presence of peripheral organ infiltration, tumor hypo-differentiation, presence of lymph node metastasis, and presence of satellite foci were associated with poorer OS (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
