- Decrease in PI3K, pAKT, pERK, pSTAT3 and Bcl2 protein levels- Arrest of bladder cancer cells in the G0/G1 phase and apoptosis- Combinational treatment with cisplatin and doxorubicin with 4-MU caused a higher decrease in cell viability compared with cisplatin or doxorubicin alone- Combinatorial treatment caused the decrease of PI3K, pAKT, pERK, pSTAT3 and Bcl2 expression at the protein level.
