In terms of biological processes (Fig. 8F), CDCA binding partners were significantly enriched in “Mitotic cell cycle,” “Chromosome segregation,” “Regulation of chromosome separation,” and “Mitotic nuclear division terms.” Pathway analysis (Fig. 8G) revealed that CDCA genes are significantly enriched in pathways like the “Cell cycle,” “P53 signaling pathway,” and “Cellular senescence,” which are known to be dysregulated in cancer, particularly GBM. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is glioblastoma.
