Here, we show that in oral squamous carcinoma cell carcinoma (OSCC), the competition between the Nucleosome Remodeling and Deacetylase (NuRD) and SWItch/Sucrose Non-Fermentable (SWI/SNF) chromatin remodeling complexes plays a pivotal role in regulating both epithelial-mesenchymal plasticity (EMP) and inflammation.
