The results of univariate Cox regression analysis showed that, in SC/ASC patients, factors such as differentiation, tumor size, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, invasion, surgical procedure, gallstones, and positive ASPH expression were significantly associated with average survival time (P<0.01; Table 2); while in AC patients, differentiation, tumor size, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, invasion, surgical procedure, and ASPH were significantly associated with average survival time (P<0.01; Table 2). The gene discussed is ASPH; the disease is gallstones.
