The results revealed that in GBM patients with high KIF18B expression, the following signaling pathways were significantly activated: E2F Targets (Figure 6A), G2M Checkpoint (Figure 6B), MYC Targets (Figure 6C), DNA Repair (Figure 6D), Mitotic Spindle (Figure 6E), and Unfolded Protein Response (Figure 6F) (NES >1.5, FDR q-val <0.01, and NOM p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene KIF18B and glioblastoma.
