Additionally, the low expression of circ-transportin3 (TNPO3) in GC tissues is closely related to the degree of differentiation of GC, weakening its role in stabilizing MYC mRNA by acting as a protein bait for insulin-like growth factor 2-binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3), which finally inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of GC by decreasing the expression of Snail through the MYC-SNAIL axis [23].
