In patients with coronary artery disease presenting with STEMI, non-STEMI, UA, and CCS who underwent PCI, the use of US-DAPT for ≤1 month, followed by monotherapy with a P2Y12 antagonist, ticagrelor or clopidogrel, was associated lower NACE, compared with at least 6 months of DAPT.
