Our data show that ZBTB20knockdown reduces the expressions of COL I/III and α-SMA in fibroblasts, indicating that them 6A-dependent METTL3/miR-31/ZBTB20 axis facilitates hypertrophic scar fibrosis. This evidence concerns the gene ACTA1 and renal fibrosis.
