KEGG analysis showed that sepsis genes were mainly involved in T cell receptor signaling pathway, Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, hematopoietic cell lineage, Th17 cell differentiation, cell apoptosis, NF-κB signaling pathway, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, primary immunodeficiency, and so on (Fig. 2G). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and Sepsis.
