Remarkably, the percentages of CD4+, CD8+, and CAR+CD4+ T cells from murine peripheral blood (Figures 1H–1J), spleen (Figures S1O and S1P), and tumor (Figures 1K–1P) samples of the T28zT2 group were significantly higher than those of the G28zT2 and 1928zT2 groups.
