To dissect the potential role of FABP4 in breast cancer development and progression, we first analyzed the correlation of FABP4 expression in tumor cells with various clinical parameters, including age (Fig. 4A), BMI (Fig. 4B), tumor size (Fig. 4C), Elston-Ellis grade (Fig. 4D), metastasis (Fig. 4E), and patient vital status (Fig. 4F).
