Bulbar dysfunction is a main feature of anti-IgLON5 disease [8, 10, 17], and its negative impact on survival has previously been demonstrated in other neurological disorders, including anti-IgLON5 disease mimics, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis [18] and myasthenia gravis [19].
