As detailed in Table 3, the univariate analysis revealed several factors associated with poorer survival outcomes, including metachronous bone metastasis (p = 0.040), elevated CEA (≥ 10 ng/mL, p = 0.014), CA125 (≥ 30.2 U/mL, p = 0.002), WBC (≥  9.5 × 109/L, p = 0.046), and LDH levels (≥ 245 U/L, p = 0.005). Here, CEACAM5 is linked to bone metastasis.
