For the analysis of the relationship between the risk score and TMB of gastric cancer, the top 20 genes (TTN, TP53, MUC16, LRP1B, ARID1A, CSMD3, SYNE1, FAT4, FLG, PCLO, ZFHX4, ACVR2A, HMCN1, DNAH5, OBSCN, RYR2, SPTA1, FAT3, CSMD1, and KMT2D) had higher mutation rates in the low-risk group (Figures 11A, B). Here, FAT3 is linked to gastric cancer.
