Intracerebroventricular injection of siRNA‐Tmem30a decreased Tmem30a mRNA levels in cortex, increased infarct volumes, and exacerbated neurological scores in mouse models subjected to 60 min ischemia/24 h reperfusion, as compared with those receiving siRNA‐NC (Figure 6A, Figure S9A–E).
