APOA1 and Hypertension: In the training set, univariate analysis identified significant differences in several key variables between the good and poor prognosis groups: hypertension (p < 0.001), diabetes (p < 0.001), smoking history (p < 0.001), alcohol consumption history (p = 0.043), platelet distribution width (PDW) (p < 0.001), hyperhomocysteinemia (p = 0.002), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoAI) (p = 0.014), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) (p = 0.006), D-dimer (DD) (p = 0.03), Barthel Index (BI) (p < 0.001), and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) (p < 0.001).
