CAR-T cell technology has now achieved great success in the treatment of hematological tumors, and preliminary clinical studies (9–11) have shown that CAR-T (CD19-CAR-T) cells specifically targeting the CD19 molecule can be effectively targeted for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including relapsed and refractory B acute lymphoblastic leukemia and B-cell lymphoma. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
