Pathway enrichment analysis complemented the biological process enrichment analysis, revealing many of the FGFR family members (FGFR1,3, and 4); the NTRK1 signaling pathway was negatively enriched, whereas the dysregulation of both families is vital for the development of cognitive impairment and neural stem cell abnormal differentiation [95–97], which were preliminarily reported in PTSD pathogenesis [98, 99].
