Immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as those targeting CTLA‐4 and PD‐1, have demonstrated significant clinical responses in other cancers, and our study identifies high expression of Treg markers like FOXP3 and CTLA‐4 in HB, suggesting these may serve as important immunotherapeutic targets [47, 48, 49, 50].
