In the M2 subpopulation, RA patients expressed significantly elevated levels of CD14 compared to controls across all treatment groups, with p values < 0.0001 for the LPS, Ram, and Del treatment groups, and p values of 0.0001 and 0.0002 for the Mix and untreated groups, respectively (Figure 7).
