Comparison between untreated and probiotic‐treated groups showed that while probiotic treatment decreased CD14 expression in both RA patients and HC, it was statistically significant only in controls (pLPS vs. Unt = 0.0290, pDel vs. Unt = 0.0233, pRam vs. Unt = 0.0078, pMix vs. Unt = 0.0121) (Figure 7A). The gene discussed is CD14; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
