CD44 and breast cancer: In contrast to B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which is positive in roughly half of the cases, and neoplastic plasma cells of multiple myeloma, which are CD20-negative, our flow cytometric research demonstrates that over 90% of cases with non-lymphomas Hodgkin’s are CD20-positive70; and CD44 which is an early indicator for induction of breast cancer and act as an immune suppression in late breast carcinoma71.
