In contrast to B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which is positive in roughly half of the cases, and neoplastic plasma cells of multiple myeloma, which are CD20-negative, our flow cytometric research demonstrates that over 90% of cases with non-lymphomas Hodgkin’s are CD20-positive70; and CD44 which is an early indicator for induction of breast cancer and act as an immune suppression in late breast carcinoma71. This evidence concerns the gene CD44 and AL amyloidosis.
