MMP14 and glioblastoma: A strong correlation was determined between the in vivo [64Cu]Cu-binding peptide PET SUVmean signal and the ex vivo substrate peptide NIRF MFI signal within corresponding brain regions (R2 = 0.91, p < 0.001; Figure 4C), indicating the utility of the cocktail dosing strategy containing the separate MMP-14 targeted PET and NIRF peptide probes for dual-modality imaging in these GBM orthotopic xenografts (Figure S4D).
