Previous studies have shown that CDC20 is up-regulated in a variety of malignant tumors such as breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma, resulting in a poor prognosis.24, 25, 26, 27, 28 Furthermore, recent findings indicated that CDC20 may represent gene signatures as therapeutic, diagnostic, and prognostic prediction targets.
