This study revealed that specific Treg-SRC-3–deleted mice (SRC3-KO-mice) showed lifetime reliance to injections of a variety of cancers—including aggressive triple negative breast cancer breast, prostate, melanoma, colorectal, metastatic lung, glioblastoma, and pancreatic cancers—for many of which little effective treatment of any kind exists at this time. The gene discussed is NCOA3; the disease is glioblastoma.
