The phase III AENEAS study showed a significantly better median PFS with aumolertinib than with gefitinib (19.3 months vs 9.9 months; hazard ratio, 0.46; 95% CI, 0.36-0.60), as determined by investigator assessment.9 Here we conducted this study to investigate the efficacy and safety of aumolertinib combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment for patients with EGFR-mutant advanced NSCLC. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
