Single nuclei (sn)RNA-seq was performed on PU.1+ nuclei from one control and three AD patients to evaluate microglia enrichment following PU.1+ purification, and a cell-type annotation analysis indicated that ~94% of PU.1+ nuclei correspond to microglia (Figure 1C and Figure 1—figure supplement 1D–1H).
