IDO2 and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: In peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), IDO2 or indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase‐2 was upregulated in LC patients and associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, resulting from reduced basal and maximal oxygen consumption rates, and with reduced intracellular Krebs cycle‐related compound levels and amino acids.
