In the murine model of CRC by subcutaneously implanted CT26 (Figure S2C), flow cytometry analysis of the spleen immune cells showed that the BMAA treatment resulted in increased populations of CD8+ T cells (Figure S6A) and migratory dendritic cells (DCs, CD80+ CD86+) (Figure S6B), while it showed no significant effects on macrophages, NK cells, or others (Figure S6C-I). The gene discussed is CD86; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
